The Culinary Institute of America hosts an event for Food & Restaurant industry associates at the Center for Land Based Learning at the Farm at Putah Creek. This is a tasting of locally grown product showcased from different size and perspectives of our Local Farms in the Yolo/Solano area. About 100 guest in attendance from across the country have the opportunity to interact directly with the source of fresh vegetables and fruits.
